During transfer, we act in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK and take necessary security measures.

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, as a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Request information if your personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request deletion or destruction of your personal data,
  • Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction operations to third parties,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
